What can I expect from the 7 Deadly Sins?
Discover how innocent you really are on this immersive journey through the 7 deadly sins and dig up the dirt in your soul. Enjoy a spectacular 360° extravaganza of sin-inspired music, film, art and mostly just mindless, sinful fun. Gluttony you say? You bet: each sin comes with a matching cocktail or snack. Leave your best behavior at the coat check, our host is very sensitive.
Where is the experience located?
Secret Location will be revealed 2 weeks before the start date of the event.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will take around 80 minutes.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
At the moment all COVID-measurements are canceled.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, there will be most of the time English subtitles.
Will there be strobe lights?
No strobe lights, but 16 of the world’s most superior projectors will transform Plein Publiek into a shifting scene the like of which has never been seen before.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
3 taster cocktails and 3 bites will be presented and can you consume during the show, and before or afterwards you can discover the restaurant, bar or terrace of Plein Publiek to enjoy the delicious Lebanese cuisine or a freshly made cocktail!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Of course! We encourage you to share our experience to your friends and family, with the tag on Instagram @immersive_theater
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, the experience is seated.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Of course, you wouldn’t want to wet your pants in front of the devil!
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
Wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore in Brussels.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before the show starts.
What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed.
Are service dogs allowed?
Of course. Sometimes, the devil makes an exception and welcomes “good boys”!
Is there an age requirement?
16 is the minimum age, due to some visual content
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Due to the building, we can’t welcome people with a wheelchair.
Is there parking available?
There is a parking next to the entrance: Interparking Albertina.
What if the weather is bad?
7 Deadly Sins is an indoor experience.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Your own drinks and food, and everything that you can’t bring to an airport!
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Only online.
Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
Not at the moment.
Do we offer carer tickets for free?
Not at the moment.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for 7 Deadly Sins can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
